Linda L. Tennant, 73, of 110 Keller Rd., Kersey, and formerly of Kane and Erie, passed away Wednesday (January 10, 2018) at UPMC-Altoona.
Born July 16, 1944, in Waynesburg, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Georgia Tennant Dean.
Linda was the owner and operator of the former Paradise Lounge in Kane and later, Chuckles Bar in Erie.
She was a past member of the Trinity Club in Erie and enjoyed bowling, going to the casino, bingo and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are a son, Michael (Kimberly) Tennant of Kersey; three daughters, Michelle (John) Rolfe of Wallingford, Melissa (Dan) Peterson of Kane and Marla (Joe) Perseo of Erie; three grandsons, Mark Tennant, Ryan Tennant and John Rolfe; six granddaughters, Alyssa Vitale, Amanda Rolfe, Jessica Rolfe, Emily Peterson, Ally Peterson and Madison Perseo; a great-granddaughter, Adalynn Tennant; one brother, Robert Dean of Waynesburg; a sister, Anna Ruth Miller of Washington, PA; and her former husband, Glenn R. "Sonny" Tennant of Waynesburg.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were two brothers, Roy Dean and Dizz Dean; and her dear friend and companion, Tim Holland.
Friends and family may attend a memorial service for Linda at the First United Methodist Church, 112 Greeves St., Kane, at 11:00 am on January 20, 2018.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
