Condolence: Given that we were cousins and born one month apart, I knew Greta my entire life. It only took meeting her once to realize what an intelligent person she was. I speak with authority because it was my plight to be in her classes in both parochial and public schools! She was all the more special because she was most unassuming about her talents. Greta was a hard-working person, unselfish and devoted to her family. I am sure she must have been an excellent teacher. I have missed my conversations with your dad (including his good sense of humor!) since his death; likewise, I will miss my phone calls and occasional visits with Greta and Paula. Be proud of who your mother was.
Condolence: Dear Judy, Susie, and family, I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. She was always such a sweet person. I had some great chats with her during my time in Kane. I wish I could've been with you all, but I'm back in Florida. I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Love and God Bless.
Condolence: Jacobus family. I am very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Your mom was always very nice to us, despite us running through her yard trampling things playing flashlight tag. I often look back on the years of living on Edgar Street and the memories of growing up there with fondness. My sympathies are with you all.
